Level 3- Our most advanced level. Ideal for those who have mastered level 2
Reformer Fusion
This class will utilize the Reformer with a mix of other Pilates apparatus. This class will strengthen and lengthen your entire body as a unit.
Tower Fusion
This class will utilize the Tower and springs to strengthen the entire body. Offering a range of exercises that only the tower can provide, along with other apparatus, you will build control and deepen flexibility.
Chair Fusion
This class will utilize the chair and various equipment to challenge and strengthen the entire body.
Stretch
This class focuses on balance, stability and increases flexibility through equipment assisted stretching using various apparatus and props.
Jumpboard
This class blends the best of cardio and strength training. Utilizing the Jumpboard, we will get that heart rate well elevated with high energy and low impact.
Barre
Barre class is a high energy class using ballet and Pilates movement that will firm, tighten, and tone your body without adding bulk.
Pilates Circuit
This class is fast paced and dynamic. You will move from one piece of equipment to the next. All fun and very effective.
Pilates Lite
This class builds a strong foundation and moves at a slower pace.
